Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager - Power to lead our energy management and infrastructure initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient design and operation of power systems within our extensive development, helping to establish Qiddiya as a premier destination for entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the design, procurement, and installation of power systems to meet the energy needs of various projects within Qiddiya.
- Oversee the planning and execution of power distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical specifications and drawings for power systems.
- Evaluate and select potential contractors and vendors for power supply projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform decision-making on power infrastructure investments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for electrical installations.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental agencies, contractors, and other departments.
- Stay informed on advancements in power technology and best practices to enhance the efficiency and reliability of energy systems.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in power systems management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Experience in managing contractors and vendors in the construction and maintenance of power systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders across various levels.
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and sustainability practices is a plus.
