Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Land Allocation Manager**to join our team In this role you will get to is assist the Land Team Leads in the design, development, and implementation of land stewardship to include the development of workflows.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Overseeing and making decisions about the use, development, and conservation of land resources.
- Involved in the planning, administration, and implementation of strategies and practices to ensure the sustainable and responsible management of land for various projects.
- Involved in environmental planning and review, monitoring and preparation of land use permits.
- A nalyze potential land uses, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Often utilize GIS technology to map and track land parcels effectively; essentially, deciding how different areas of land will be utilized and allocating them accordingly.
**Education Requirement**:
**Bachelor's Degree in Land Management or related field (or equivalent experience)**
**11+ years of related work experience in the field of Land Management.**:
