As we launch our Operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia we have amazing opportunities for career growth for our new team in the region. This role will be located in Riyadh, working within the most prestigious international schools to offer the students our services.

We are hiring a passionate Volleyball Manager to lead and develop our volleyball programs. The manager will be responsible for team and coach oversight, program design, and driving player development while maintaining strong partnerships with schools and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee planning and delivery of volleyball programs across venues.
- Manage and support volleyball coaching staff.
- Develop training curricula and match schedules for various age groups.
- Lead talent identification and player development initiatives.
- Coordinate with school programs, events, and league participation.
- Ensure compliance with academy standards and safety protocols.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Coaching certification (e.g., FIVB Level 1/2) preferred.
- Proven experience in volleyball coaching and team management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and tournaments.

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
