**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of Method Statements, lifting processes, and the allocation of manpower resources in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure the implementation of project plans, specifications, and quality standards on-site.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot engineering issues, and contribute to the successful completion of the project within established timelines and budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil and marine engineering projects, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of civil and marine engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
