Associate, Advisory

We are currently seeking **Associates** who can join immediately on a **project-based contract**.

In this role, you will support project leadership through structured problem-solving, data analysis, and the development of clear, actionable recommendations. You will also contribute to the delivery of high-quality client presentations and support day-to-day project operations.

**Key Responsibilities & Objectives**:

- Lead and support the analytical development of client deliverables.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts and actively support client-facing workstreams.
- Develop creative, insight-driven recommendations and translate them into polished client-ready outputs.
- Support or independently manage communication and interactions with clients.
- Oversee analyst team members, including guiding research activities.
- Participate in — and occasionally lead — internal TAM initiatives and knowledge-building efforts.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in consulting, preferably management consulting, with a strong track record of client-facing project delivery.
- **Saudi National**.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.
- Proficiency in analytical methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong command of desktop tools including **Excel** and **PowerPoint**.
- Fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- **PMP certification** is a plus.
