Tayb is a leading Saudi Arabian digital company that provides a comprehensive services that enhance clients' branding strategies and digital capabilities. With ties to an Europen company based in Malta, Tayb is a fast-growing organisation and is looking for great talent to join this venture.
As the Chief Revenue Officer you have to focus on the strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships of the group. Together with other executive team members, you will execute the corporate strategic plan by focusing on expanding customer segments and business partnerships by ultimately strengthening operations. You will also be instrumental in creating a strategic plan for boosting revenue streams within the Group.

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor the market and analyse opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics
- Lead the business development team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Remain well-connected with customers to ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement cycles
- Collaborate with the finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals
- Identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, and account management teams
- Participate in contract negotiations
- Reviewing of tender document submissions
- Focusing on Revenue and profit growth
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tech, Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in revenue generation and leadership roles
- Experience in technology and software industries preferred
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills
- Experience in CRM is considered an asset
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
- Experience in developing and implementing revenue processes and systems
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
