The Measurement & Analytics Division is among the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers, working at the heart of industrial digital transformation. The Measurement & Analytics Division’s portfolio consists of analyzers measuring compositions of gases and liquids; instrumentation measuring process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level; force measurement solutions measuring parameters such as flatness, thickness, and tension; and advanced digital solutions for device management, device health check and predictive maintenance. The Measurement & Analytics Division serves key industries such as oil and gas, chemical, water and wastewater, power, hydrogen, batteries, as well as the marine industry. The Division enables the optimization of industrial processes by providing and analyzing data collected from sensing and smart measurement devices. Parameters such as emission levels and production inputs are measured by providing ‘before’ and ‘after’ values, enabling efficient operations and environmental sustainability through measurement.

This Position reports to:
Service Manager
- Proactively promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions to maximize customer value and strengthen ABB’s installed base footprint, while identifying and developing new service opportunities through market insights and lead generation.
- Understand and implement channel strategies, establish competitive pricing, prepare and review sales plans, and initiate recovery actions when necessary to meet business targets.
- Represent ABB’s service portfolio in various marketing and customer engagement activities—including campaigns, exhibitions, and client meetings—positioning ABB as a trusted service partner.
- Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial proposals, provide consultancy and support throughout the sales cycle, and maintain regular client interactions with structured reporting.

**Qualifications for the Role**:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to modern technologies and innovative technical solutions.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Eager to contribute in dynamic environments, with a proactive mindset and a strong foundation for growth in technical and customer-facing roles.
