Junior Accountant

Avamels Printing Solutions is a leading provider of high-quality printing services, committed to delivering exceptional value and results to our clients. We are seeking a meticulous and organized Junior Accountant to join our Riyadh office. This role will support our finance team in managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and accounts.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies.
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
- Support the senior accountant in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (internships or entry-level experience are also considered).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
