The mechanics provides support for automated material handling equipment in warehouses and distribution centers and supporting troubleshooting and problem solving. The mechanic should have the Knowledge mechanical principles, motors, drivers, belts and bearings.

Accountabilities
- To Perform Corrective maintenance task and troubleshooting on 1st level, responsible for reactive, proactive and preventative maintenance with. Roller and Belt Conveyors, High Bay Cranes (Pallet and Tote), Pick to Light Systems, Sortation, Carton Assembly, Strapping, Wrapping, Spiral and Telescopic Conveyors.
- To conduct service and maintenance work, breakdowns and urgent repairs to support site.
- To ensure that Company procedures and standards are followed and maintained.
- To maintain good service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To follow-up and resolve issues which are highlighted through the support organization.
- To communicate effectively in high-impact scenarios.
- Assist in identifying root cause of faults and production errors.
- To Work with Onsite staff to ensure maximum system uptime.
- To be Cost Conscious and Conserves organizational resources; Develops and implements cost saving measures.
- To Respond promptly to service requests, understand feedback to improve service; Meets commitments.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
- Indoors : 80%
- Outdoors : 20 %
- Working Days : 6 Working Days
- Days off : 1 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8 Hours a day “ Rotating shifts” (1 hour break)

Job Requirement
- 2-year degree in Mechatronic or Electronic and Mechanical Technology or equivalent experience.

**Education**
- 3-5 year of equipment maintenance experience preferably with automation.

**Experience**
- MS Office Suite
