**Role Purpose**:
To support the PR and Communications team in fulfilling the design requirements/needs of ICD starting from defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, presentation and website in line with the corporate branding strategy (online and offline) to enhance ICD’s institutional profile.

**Key Functional Accountabilities and Activities**:

- Provide content design services, in collaboration with the concerned departments and divisions including internal newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, graphics etc.
- Create and design corporate identity (logos), collaterals, Social Media and advertising materials which does not require high-tech equipment (nonadvertising agency work).
- Liaise with the concerned department/divisions to determine their requirements and develop content, graphics or illustrations accordingly ensuring high quality results.
- Provide editing and copywriting services across ICD, in collaboration with the concerned departments and/or other stakeholder(s) including drafting and editing text intended for external/internal audiences.
- Coordinate with relevant 3rd parties, such as creative agencies, content design agencies, event organizers and other vendors for marketing media selected (print, visual etc) to ensure the smooth delivery of the requirements.

**Customer Excellence**:

- Ensure the timely delivery of the design requirement at highest possible standards to ensure customer delight.
- Based on the effectiveness and business units reports and surveys, assist to evaluate customer satisfaction response and customer complaints to use as educational tools for staff development in the management of service excellence delivery.
- Deal sensitively and confidentially with all customer complaints and customer excellence related issues whether internal or external.

**Qualifications/Professional Experience**:

- At least 3 year(s) of experience in Graphic Designing role preferably in the Banking/Financial Services sector or in a Marketing firm or agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia and Animation or Business Administration with specialization in Marketing or similar discipline is a must.
- A certificate in Graphics Design or any additional relevant professional qualification certification(s) is an added advantage.

**Language Skills**:
Capable of communicating in two of the working languages (Arabic, English and French) of which English is a must.
