Purpose: To support the establishment and implementation of an effective QHSE Management System through the development and management of QHSE systems, policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Ensuring that processes needed for the QHSE management system as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 are Established, implemented, and maintained throughout the organization;
- Prepare, implement, revise, maintain and update QHSE management system manuals, procedures, formats, and other associated documented information as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements;
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and conduct internal audits, and report audit findings.
- Identify nonconformities and potential nonconformities and issue nonconformity reports (NCRs).
- Obtain and analyze customer satisfaction survey feedback, and register customer complaints and non-conformities.
- Liaise with various functions in root cause analysis, correction, corrective and preventive actions, and effective and timely close-out of non-conformities.
- Assist in certification, renewal, and recertification audits of QHSE management system in coordination with certifying bodies, and in external and client audits, and coordinate with various functions for the effective execution of audits.
- Prepare monthly reports on the performance of the QHSE management system
- Performance evaluation of QHSE management system through objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct internal QHSE training as per the annual training schedule.
- Assist in the preparation for management review meetings.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Internal QHSEMS Auditors & NEBOSH

Experience: 04 - 10 years of relevant experience in an administrative role with knowledge of QHSE management system requirements

Languages: Fluency in English Hindi Urdu is essential and Arabic is preferred

Computer Exposure: Proficient in MS Office
