- Kitchen Coordination: Liaise with chefs for smooth timing, presentation, and communication.
- Guest Service: Serve principals and guests discreetly, anticipating needs and ensuring comfort.
- Maintenance: Keep dining areas, side stations, and pantries clean, organized, and ready.
- Inventory: Manage stock and care of tableware, linens, and service tools.
- Event Support: Coordinate and assist with special events and formal occasions.
- Health & Safety: Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
