As a SAP Senior HCM Consultant at AlWatania, you will leverage your expertise and industry experience to design, implement, and optimize SAP HCM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to understand business requirements, analyze existing processes, and provide recommendations for improvements. Your deep understanding of SAP HCM modules and your ability to integrate them with other systems will play a crucial role in the success of our clients' HR operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP HCM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with development teams for custom enhancements and integrations.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on SAP HCM functionality and best practices.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionality and integration.
- Stay current with industry trends and SAP updates to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8 or more years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Strong functional and technical skills in SAP HCM, including configuration and customization.
- Experience with integrating SAP HCM with other modules and external systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and project teams.
- Certification in SAP HCM is a must.
