Our client is a large developer who are currently working on some of the GCC's most prestigious projects. As part of their strategic growth plan they are actively looking to appoint Project Controls Manager on to a major development scheme based on one of their remote development schemes.

As the Project Controls Manager you will be responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the projects output including technical results and financial profitability

Key activities will include:

- Produce and maintain accurate project schedules and understand schedule resources loading.
- Work with the costing team to budget forecast for the project, including manpower.
- Administer market budget and track and report project finances.
- Manage the planning and scheduling teams to both plan ahead for the projects and ensure the project is on track.
- Conduct vendor and internal audits to review accuracy, quality and completeness of database records and documents.
- Prepare monthly reports and assemble data to consolidate.
- Create, control, review and authenticate cost reports and change notices.

Key requirements:

- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, of which 5 must have been in a project controls management position
- Must have experience in working with International consultancies.
- Demonstrable management experience within planning, cost, project controls.
- Must have high value Capex Capability on large billion dollar development projects.
- Must have experience within the GCC or on major develop programs internationally.
