JASARA PMC is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobilization Specialist to join our team. As a Mobilization Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the mobilization process for our projects in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including recruitment agencies, government entities, and project teams, to ensure the smooth onboarding of resources and compliance with local regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the mobilization process for new employees, including obtaining visas, work permits, and other required documentation.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and government entities to ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements.
- Facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new employees, including arranging training sessions and providing relevant information.
- Update and maintain employee records and documentation related to mobilization.
- Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements and accommodation for employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders involved in the mobilization process.
- Provide support and assistance to employees regarding any mobilization-related inquiries or issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobilization management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and visa requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies and government entities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
