Merchant Onboarding Specialist

Salla is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchant Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products and services.
In this role, you will work closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to understand customer needs and develop customized onboarding plans. You will be the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding phase, providing training, answering questions, and addressing any issues that may arise.
**Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding customers which includes setting up accounts and on-site training.
- Help drive fast time to the first implementation and overcome any blockers that may arise
- Provide holistic program support to new customers in the onboarding phase
- Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders
- Assist and Coach customers on Salla Products and training to enable them to become self-sufficient.
- Ensure seamless customer handovers from the Onboarding team to the regional Customer Success team.
- Onboard, guide, and mentor the seller on one basis at every touchpoint in their Journey.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company.
- Experience with E-commerce platforms ( Preferred has experience in managing stores at Salla)
- Profissional communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
