We are currently looking for a Talent and Development Manager to join our People team, who is going to be responsible for Talent and Performance management activities as well as Learning and Development in TAM. The unit is a start-up unit in TAM, which will give you a lot of opportunity to be creative, work with best practice and participate in multiple transformation initiatives. The role reports to Head of Talent.
**Key responsibilities and objectives**:

- Support recurring Talent and Performance activities, including differentiating, assessing and reviewing talent; conducting potential and performance diagnostics;
- Conduct succession planning and career pathways analysis;
- Conduct skill gap analysis and provide recommendations for covering skill gaps;
- Support continuous professional development of employees within 70/20/10 model (on the job learning, mentoring and coaching, formal training);
- Design training matrix and support with critical training development;
- Support with mentoring and coaching initiatives rollout;
- Support implementing digital solutions that facilitate Talent and Performance activities, and Learning and Development activities.

- 3+ years of experience in HR, with 1+ years of experience in Talent and Performance and / or Learning and Development; or experience as a front-office consultant in Professional Services environment;
- Experience working with intellectual capital talent (professional services / IT / head office);
- Strong cognitive skills in problem solving, critical reasoning, reading and verbal comprehension;
- Fluent command in English;
- Ability to analyze and operate data independently (strong Excel skills are desirable);
- Basic knowledge of research, benchmarking and developing storylines;
- Professional qualification in HR management (e.g. CIPD) is desirable.
