**Major Responsibilities & Duties performed**: - Getting the proper feedback from the reliever. - Connect/Disconnect the purging pipe to ladle on LTC. - Take sample & temperature at LRF as per requirement of process. - Send slag samples to QC deptt. For analysis on daily basis. - Responsible to make LRF electrode spare column. - Responsible to adjust or fix new electrode as per senior operator/foreman instructions. - Responsible to bring any material from store as required. - Responsible for housekeeping in LRF and peripheral areas. - Responsible to clean LRF duct & LTC in shutdown day. - Informed foreman if found any abnormality or unsafe in shift. - Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.
