**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for IT service improvement.
- Develop and maintain an IT service catalog that aligns with business needs.
- Drive the development of IT roadmaps and tactical plans to support business objectives.
- Lead the intake process for new IT service requests and ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Be the liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Facilitate regular meetings with business stakeholders to review IT services and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in IT BRM or related roles.
- Experience working in civil engineering or construction industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery frameworks such as ITIL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
