Draftsman - Mep & Acs

As a key member of the **design and drafting team,** you will be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality technical drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications, engineering standards, and project requirements.

**Key Accountabilities**:
(For Both Roles, with task-specific focus)

**Draftsman (ACS)**:

- Prepare detailed **air conditioning system (ACS)** drawings including duct layouts, chilled water piping, and equipment installation details.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to integrate HVAC systems into overall project designs.
- Revise and update drawings as required during design and construction phases.
- Support site teams by providing clear technical drawings and resolving drafting-related issues.

**Draftsman (MEP)**:

- Develop precise **mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)** shop drawings and schematics.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure proper integration of all building services.
- Prepare and update drawings for construction, installation, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes and project requirements.
- Support project teams with technical details and revisions as needed.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- ** 3-5 years of drafting experience** in consultancy, contracting, or multidisciplinary projects.
- ** Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD** with proven ability to develop models to **Level of Development (LOD) 300** standard.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and technical documentation processes.
