**Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Designer to join our team**

Work as a Graphic Designer on multi-disciplinary projects, producing high-impact visual graphics. Design and create compelling multimedia graphics for major reports, plans, presentations, and marketing materials. You'll play a vital role in elevating the quality and consistency of our submissions, ensuring they reflect our company's brand and professional standards. From impactful construction site graphics to executive-level presentations, your skills will directly shape our project success.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Deliver innovative and illustrative built-form graphics of the highest quality.
- Demonstrate proficiency with emerging technologies in new media.
- Create effective plans, perspectives, designs, print materials, digital media, and presentations.
- Present design ideas clearly to project team members and clients.
- Produce cohesive designs aligned with urban design/master planning strategies and briefs.
- Work independently and collaboratively on projects.
- Meticulously craft illustrative materials and graphic packages.
- Design and produce presentation boards, brochures, reports, and marketing collateral.
- Manage design and production of Arabic calligraphy for certificates, posters, and oversized conference signboards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure design consistency across media outlets.
- Stay updated on industry standards, technology, social media, competitive landscapes, and market trends.
- Integrate company branding, logos, document formats, and fonts for a polished, professional presentation.
- Design eye-catching, informative construction site graphics that adhere to city core culture and convey project messaging.
- Craft high-impact PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex information to CEOs and senior leadership.
- Submission Enhancement, Integrate company branding, logos, document formats, and fonts to ensure a cohesive and professional presentation of all submissions.
- Develop innovative design concepts in collaboration with the project team.
- Create visually stunning designs using Adobe Creative Suite while meticulously maintaining brand standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a graphic designer.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard graphic design software.

**Desired Skills**:

- 3D visualization and animation (fly/drive/walk-through) skills for projects.
- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas to team members and clients.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Portfolio showcasing creative design and software proficiency.

**Additional Assets**:

- Construction knowledge (terminology, design principles, safety graphics).
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on consistency and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of branding principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
