**Responsibilities**:
- Energy Management Strategy: Develop and implement holistic energy management strategies for clients, aligning with their sustainability goals and operational requirements. Identify opportunities for energy conservation, efficiency improvements, and renewable energy integration.
- Data Analysis and Monitoring: Conduct energy audits, collect and analyze energy consumption data, and develop performance benchmarks. Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor and evaluate energy performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization measures.
- Renewable Energy Integration: Assess the feasibility of renewable energy solutions, such as solar, wind, and geothermal, and develop business cases for their implementation. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of renewables into existing energy systems.
- Technology and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to energy management and sustainability. Explore innovative solutions and leverage digital tools to enhance energy efficiency, automate data collection, and enable real-time monitoring and control.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of energy management projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgets, and performance targets are met. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Policy and Compliance: Stay informed about energy regulations, standards, and incentives. Ensure client compliance with applicable energy efficiency and sustainability guidelines. Support clients in accessing available incentives and grants.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to build effective partnerships and promote energy management best practices. Develop and deliver educational programs, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to drive energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries to communicate energy management results and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation of project details, including energy savings, costs, and benefits.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management, Industrial Utilities, sustainability, or related field.
- Certification as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of energy management practices, energy efficiency technologies, and renewable energy systems.
- Conducting energy audits, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in energy modelling, simulation tools, and advanced analytics software.
- Knowledge of energy regulations, standards, incentives, and sustainability frameworks.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results.
