**Overview of the role**:
To take responsibility for receive goods delivered to the warehouse for storage. Unload the material from the trucks and check to ensure that they match with the delivery documents such as the bill of lading, shipping invoice or delivery note. They also verify that the goods are intact and report any defects.

**What you will do**:

- To assist in Parts warehousing activities from receipt of parts to supply of parts to the various types of customers.
- Carrying out perpetual/annual stock verification of parts as per instructions received
- Receiving parts from CPD/Branches, checking them against the receiving report and then binning them in their respective locations
- Monitoring damaged, excess/short parts and advising supervisor of such if required
- Receiving picking lists, going to the respective locations, picking parts and bringing to the counter for delivery to customer
- Assisting sales staff in counting/delivering parts to customers
- Packing goods as and when required
- Informing sales staff in case of 'nil' stock of parts for ordering to CPD
- Carrying out housekeeping activities of the warehouse as and when require

**Required Skills to be successful**:

- Maintaining accurate records and perpetual inventories
- Handling heavy or bulky automotive parts, accessories and equipment
- Maintaining effective work relationships with vendors, officials and employees.

**About the Team**:
Working in a fast paced and diverse environment, and reporting directly to the warehouse supervisor.

**What equips you for the role**:

- High School passed / Undergraduate.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Minimum 2-3 years in construction equipment, or Industrial products field (generators and compressors).
