**Job in brief**

We are looking for an **Operations Analyst** to join our team to evaluate how the company operates in order to provide recommendations on how we can improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Operations Analyst responsibilities include reviewing current operating procedures, developing changes to enhance efficiency and working with the managers to implement new policies, as required.

Ultimately, you will work with the leaders and managers to provide ways the organization can improve efficiency and reach the goals in a lesser time frame.

A recent graduate with good analytical skills may also apply.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying current operational processes / requirements, reviewing company’s data, building reports, and recommending opportunities for improvement.
- Gathering information by observing workflows, analyzing reports, and conducting surveys
- Determining appropriate methods to analyses operations, relevant information, and associated data
- Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations
- Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operations
- Work with managers and employees to implement changes
- Train employees to use new systems or follow new policies
- Determine the effectiveness of new processes

**Required Skills**:

- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proven educational and/or work experience as an Operations Analyst / Process Improvement Analyst or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience using statistical and database software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Location**:KSA, NEOM

**Type of Employment**: Permanent / Full time

**Salary**: SAR 6000 - SAR 8000/Month
