Must be aware about the lifting plan, i.e. provides a systematic approach towards planning a lift and ensures that the lifting operation is properly managed.
- Coordinating and supervising all lifting activities in accordance with the lifting plan.
- Briefing all lifting team members on the lifting plan, risk control measure and safe lifting procedures before the commencement of any lifting operation.
- Ensuring that only registered crane operators, appointed riggers and appointed signalmen to participate in any lifting operation involving the use of mobile and tower cranes.
- Ensuring that the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation to be performed by mobile cranes.
- Must be present during all lifting operations moving of heavy objects.
- If unsafe conditions are found, take immediate and suitable measures to rectify the conditions so that the lifting operation can be conducted safely.
- By taking effective ergonomic controls to reduce the risk and prevent injuries.
- Providing safety presentation at toolbox meeting & safety task assignment.
- Post - job debriefs.
- Undertake and record inspections. Ensure that at the time of inspection each lift is safe to remain in service.
- Motivating Workers: Inspiring workers towards better work performance.
- Must make sure the load is stable, size up the load, balanced.
- Plan the job, find a safe route that is free of slip and trip hazards.
- Perform material handling, security procedures.
- Perform safety, health risk assessment.

**Required Academic Qualification**
- **Degree : Bachelor's in civil / Mechanical Engineering**
- ** Years of Experience**:Minimum 07 years of experience in Lifting Operation.
