As a Production Supervisor, you’ll play an integral role in the success of our Production teams. You’ll primarily focus on developing an exceptional team and executing processes

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, inspire and build the production team, working together to create a world-class production capability and capacity.
- Measure the current productivity and continue to develop production plans, strategies, programs, and processes that scale production efficiency and utilization as Hjeen Roaster continues to grow.
- Collect feedback and develop it with the work team.
- Set growth and performance benchmarks.
- Follow and support all Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices rules and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years experience in managing a team in production of a restaurant.
- Technical expertise, and implementation.
- General mechanical knowledge and confidence with production systems, equipment, and software.
- Fast Learner and has critical thinking in managing workflow and solving problems.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Arabic and Bengali language will be bonus points.
- A deep love for great coffee, food, and exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexible to relocate

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
