- Ensuring the hiring processes are inclusive, fair and free of bias.
- Skills and behavioral assessment against hiring criteria.
- Developing good relationships externally and in collaboration with the wider team, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery against business requirements, keeping others well informed throughout the recruitment campaigns.
- Brand ambassador for EVP and program.
- Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and procedures.
- Work closely with Creating a Legacy Senior Manager in support of local Saudi National Hiring and early careers.
- Stay current on recruiting practices in the marketplace and innovations in recruitment and onboarding.
- Provide input on overseeing internal and external recruitment benchmarking activities (e.g. processes, metrics, vendors) to understand market trends at a global level.

**PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
Bachelor’s degree of Diploma from a recognized University and 7 years of large scale, international recruitment and onboarding experience.

Proven experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment that involved working with internal and external stakeholders and business leaders in recruitment practices and processes. Administrative expertise in a Consulting Engineering, Construction or similar environment (beneficial). Strong attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to use recruitment and HR systems and a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
