We are hiring a Strategic Account Sales Executive to lead large, complex sales cycles and grow our footprint within top-tier government and enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for a results-driven closer who can sell AI-powered SOC services to C-level buyers, structure 7-figure contracts, and drive long-term cybersecurity partnerships in regulated industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for SAR 1M+ cybersecurity deals.
- Drive new pipeline through proactive prospecting and executive outreach.
- Craft account-based sales strategies for government, finance, healthcare, and telecom sectors.
- Close multi-year contracts that contribute to recurring revenue and long-term customer value.

**Key Account Development & C-Level Engagement**
- Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Compliance, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Drive executive workshops, pitch tailored value propositions, and grow wallet share across accounts.
- Secure renewals and expansions through continuous business value delivery.

**Solution Selling & Technical Alignment**
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Consultants to lead PoVs, demos, and RFP responses.
- Sell integrated SOC solutions that address regulatory mandates (e.g., NCA ECC, SAMA CSF).
- Navigate legal, procurement, and IT stakeholders to structure complex cybersecurity contracts.

**Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy**
- Stay ahead of regulatory shifts (e.g., CST, NCA updates) affecting your accounts.
- Analyze competing MSSPs, SIEM/XDR vendors, and compliance solutions to adjust positioning.
- Tailor messaging to emphasize COGNNA’s AI, localization, and cost-efficiency advantages.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Align with Marketing and SDRs to run targeted Account-Based Campaigns.
- Sync with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap based on client needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success for account retention and upsell planning.

**Qualifications**:
**Must-Have**:

- 4+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, MSSP, or IT services.
- Proven track record of closing SAR 1M+ deals with long sales cycles (6-12 months).
- Experience working with regulated sectors: banking, healthcare, government, or telecom.
- Solid understanding of SOC, MDR, threat detection, and regulatory compliance (NCA, SAMA).
- Strong C-level engagement and negotiation skills.
- Native Arabic speaker preferred; strong business English required.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Familiarity with Microsoft security or cloud-native security stacks.
- Experience selling to digital transformation initiatives or government-backed programs.
- Knowledge of Marketplaces or co-sell frameworks is a plus.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
