**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical assistance to construction personnel, ensuring compliance with safety, quality control, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure that the construction process meets quality and design standards.
- Analyze and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure that construction specifications are being met.
- Evaluate and recommend modifications to existing construction procedures and processes.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of construction contractors and subcontractors.
- Conduct on-site inspections and audits to assess construction progress and identify areas that require improvement.
- Coordinate activities with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and project management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques.
- Experience working with construction contractors and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
