**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY**:

- Enter and upload invoices into system.
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
- prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Paying vendors by scheduling Payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Continuing to improve the payment process.
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized
- Must have organizing and prioritizing skills, attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and under pressure of deadlines.

**Qualifications: (Education/No. of Years of Experience)**:

- Graduate in Finance/Accounting Diploma
- 1+ years of experience post qualification experience
- Major ERP (Sage, Oracle, JDE etc)
- Excel Skills
