- Ensure that buildings or products comply with health and safety regulations, especially after an inspection that required changes.
- Develop safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance with the policies and procedures.
- Implements safety plans and responds to emergencies.
- Arranging safety training programs for employees. Explaining health and safety laws and regulations, detail safety procedures.
- Preparing a detailed safety and accident reports. To be presented to Company’s management and government departments if necessary.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree in the same field - Safety Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Accepts responsibility.
- Perfect communication skills.
- Negotiation skills with insurance companies and government departments, etc.
- Experiences in the Cement business or industrial field is required.
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical aptitude and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
- Computer literacy.
- Various Safety training and certificates.
- Nationality: Arabic nationality would be preferable.
- Iqama: Would be preferable.
