**Description** **_Who are we?_** **_ -**: - Ingram Micro helps businesses fully realize the promise of technology—helping them maximize the value of the technology that they make, sell or use._ - The company supports global operations by way of an extensive sales and distribution network throughout North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America and Asia Pacific:_ - Local sales offices and/or representatives in 64 countries_ - 190 logistics centers worldwide_ - Representing over 1,700 major suppliers in the IT field._ - Serving more than 200,000 customers in approximately 160 countries_ - We are proud to say that No other company delivers as broad and deep a spectrum of technology and supply chain services to businesses around the world._ **_About the role:_**_ "Cisco Presales Engineer (Saudi Arabia)"_**_In this role you will engaged in all technical sales activities and provide presales support following a solution approach to the resellers **Responsibilities**: - Provide presales support following a solution approach to reseller channel - Proactively work with resellers to drive market/product awareness - Designing, planning and execution of Cisco ecosystem partner demonstration via dCloud, Demo and onsite at the partner or end user facility - Deliver POV & POC at the end user side and conduct install base analytics - Design, plan and execute reseller trainings on Cisco products and technologies - Manage Cisco Services offerings - Support the marketing of new products/solutions by producing presentations and documentation - Produce technical documents and presentations - Work with Product Manager to maintain a healthy stock - Keep up to date with new Cisco & competitive technologies **Qualifications and Skills**: - University/Technical degree in technical discipline, preferably in Engineering. - CCNA Certification plus at least one CCNP certification - At least 2 years experience. - Experience in presenting complex networking and security solutions - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Be able to work on flexible working hours - Excellent knowledge of oral and written English - Ability to travel in-country and abroad - Self-motivated team worker - Problem solving skills - Analytical thinking ability and result oriented **_ Ingram Micro is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
