**L**earning and Development Manager**
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Design and deliver E-learning courses, workshops, and other pieces of training.
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
- Track learning and training budgets and negotiate contracts.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Hands-on 7+ years of experience in the Learning and Development function.
- Solid 4+ years of team management experience with a strong ability to lead teams and to motivate and influence a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Practical experience with designing E-learning platforms and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Professional certification in Learning and Development (e.g. CPLP).
- Strong business acumen with excellent budgeting, negotiation, analytical, project management, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
