Job Description**:Restaurant Security Guard** (Arabic Speaker Required)

Location**:Laysen Valley, Riyadh**

Noir Cafe is a popular and busy restaurant committed to providing a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our guests and staff. We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard who is fluent in Arabic to ensure the security and well-being of our premises and patrons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a visible presence to control the crowd
- Monitor and control parking lot activity and ensure proper parking procedures are followed.
- Provide assistance to guests and staff, including directions, information, and emergency support.
- Monitor the restaurant premises, including the dining area, kitchen, parking lot, and surrounding areas.
- Control access to the restaurant, ensuring only authorized personnel and guests are permitted entry.
- Resolve conflicts and de-escalate potentially volatile situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Enforce restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and security logs.
- Ensure that all exits and emergency routes are clear and accessible.
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff in Arabic and English.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Proven experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Strong observation and surveillance skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
