- Conduct design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to gather feedback and ensure designs meet technical constraints.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for developers, ensuring a smooth handoff for implementation.
- Participate in usability testing and user feedback sessions to gather insights that inform design improvements.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and changing project requirements.
- Advocate for the user by incorporating user-centered design principles throughout the design process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI design projects with a focus on user experience.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills, a strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating user-friendly designs that solve problems.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
