Responsible for managing all billing activities related to telecommunications ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of telecommunication resources.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Assess the usage of telecommunication products or services. Compile accurate information for billing purposes and generate monthly bills based on usage data.

2. Monitors and records call detail records (CDRs) for analysis and Tracking the usage patterns and trends of telecommunication services.

3. Maintains a comprehensive record of usage for billing and auditing purposes.

4. Conducts regular audits to ensure optimal utilization of telecommunication resources. Identify and address any misuse or abuse of the telecommunication system.

5. Implements corrective measures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

6. Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Assists in providing necessary documentation and information for legal and regulatory purposes.

8. Evaluates the existing communications infrastructure and identify areas for improvement. Analyze the administration of telecommunication resources and suggest enhancements.

9. Assess the costs associated with telecommunication services and recommend cost-saving measures.

10. Generates billing reports tailored to different levels, such as individual users or departments. Present billing information clearly and concisely. Provide insights and recommendations based on the billing reports.

11. Collaborates with Human Capital during the employee clearance process.

12. Maintains the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive telecommunication data.

13. Compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or any related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
One (1) year of related experience with Master’s, or Three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
