Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Officer - Civil & Marine to join our team. As a Senior Procurement Officer - Civil & Marine at Eram Talent, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement activities related to civil and marine projects. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement in the construction industry, as well as excellent negotiation and project management skills. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to civil and marine projects.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and establish contracts.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance and support.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for civil and marine projects.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, resolve any issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best practices in procurement for civil and marine projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior procurement officers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in procurement within the civil and marine sectors.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, processes, and best practices in construction projects.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing procurement activities for civil and marine projects.
- Ability to analyze project requirements, interpret technical specifications, and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a senior procurement role is preferred.
