**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project progress and quality, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations
