**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Respond to customer inquiries and improve engagement with merchandise.
- Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance cash drawers.
- Direct customers to products and assist with merchandise selection.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Introduce customers to promotions and special offers.
- Maintain superior product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to increase purchase amounts.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 year in a retail environment.
- **Gaming Knowledge**: Must be a gaming enthusiast with relevant product knowledge.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- **Appearance**: Professional demeanor and presentation.
- **Basic Skills**: Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Pay: ﷼5,500.00 per month
