**ABOUT THE HOSPITAL**:
This National Guard Hospital was opened in Dammam on October 14th, 2002. It is internationally accredited by JCIA. The hospital accommodates 125 beds, an Intensive Care Unit of 6 beds, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of 5 beds, 4 Operation Rooms, and 4 Delivery Rooms. Outpatient clinics cater for 7000 patients monthly and the hospital receives 4000 emergency patients per month.

Specialized clinics in the following disciplines:
General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Family Medicine, Ophthalmology, Dentistry, Endocrinology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Pulmonary, and Neurology.
All clinics are equipped with the latest equipment and advanced technology.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- 2 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital
- 2 years post specialist qualification experience from the following countries:
UK - CCT
USA - American Board
Canada - Canadian Fellowship
Ireland - CSD/CSCST
Australia & New Zealand (Fellowship)
France - DES/DESC
Other European countries according to the qualification equivalence tables of the SCFHS.

- Education allowance for up to 3 school age children from year 1 to year 9 of SR 23,000 per child per year in or outside of Saudi Arabia.

Those in years 10,11,12 receive an additional SR 5,000 per year.
