Our client is a Saudi total multidisciplinary group that plans, designs, and builds exhibitions, installations, and events in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The** IT Department Manager **will be responsible for leading and managing the IT team to ensure the provision of effective and secure technology solutions that support the company's objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead and manage the Audio-Visual (AV), Information Technology (IT), Network, and Systems department, aligning efforts with company goals.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting growth and technical excellence.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of AV, IT, network, and systems infrastructure.
- Ensure top standards of technical performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new technologies into operations.
- Develop and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without sacrificing quality.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for optimal value.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders for seamless integration.
- Implement best practices in project management, including risk management and quality assurance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored technical solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical and commercial inquiries.
- Present technical solutions and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Lead R&D efforts to develop innovative solutions and improve existing technologies.
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies, integrating them into operations.
- Manage R&D projects to align with company goals and client needs.
- Ensure all systems and processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Implement robust security measures to protect data and network integrity.
- Regularly review and update policies to enhance security and compliance.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for:
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related field).**:

- ** Minimum of 10 years in a similar managerial role.**:

- In-depth knowledge of AV systems, IT infrastructure, networking, and systems integration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Flexibility to work in various locations as required.
