Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably within an IB school setting
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
- Familiarity with the IB PYP curriculum framework
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage elementary students effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
