**Job Description and Qualifications**
- Oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, define scope, and allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Review and approve mechanical designs, calculations, and specifications.
- Assist in resolving complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and reliability.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure mechanical engineering deliverables meet quality standards, project specifications, and applicable industry codes.
- Promote a strong quality and safety culture and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations throughout project execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements, address concerns, and provide technical recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments and disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical engineering activities.
