Parsons is now hiring a Senior Mobility & Accommodation Manager who can support a team of professionals overseeing every phase of large scale projects.

We need our Mobility & Accommodation Managers to be versatile as well as have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills. In this role you provide management and leadership and support for our entire team to meet their mobility and accommodation needs. You will recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective employees as well as hire, offer personnel development, conduct performance evaluations, counsel employees, takes corrective actions (as required), and approves terminations. One of your roles will include ensuring that new employees receive orientation on company policies and procedures.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develops and implements the program mobility and accommodation plans & policies.
- Develops Standard operating procedures for the mobility and accommodation aspects of the program and ensure that QIP has operational consistency across the program.
- Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the mobility and accommodation program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
- Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.
- Responsible for oversight of all mobility and accommodation among our team.
- Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated mobility and accommodation with all key stakeholders, including authorizing authorities.
- Reports mobility and accommodation issues to the QIP XDS People Director and develops appropriate recommendations/ resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
- Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.
- Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.
- Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.
- Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Degree in a related field (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of related experience in mobility and accommodation management in complex environments and project settings.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
- Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment, under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
- Experience in data curation; data acquisition, cleaning, and management; data interpretation and analysis; and the presentation and communication of reproducible results in an engaging manner
- Integrity, advanced professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information
- High-level understanding and appreciation of mobility and accommodation in complex stakeholder environments and within the major program sector, both internal and external, preferably within KSA.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Excellent organization and follow through abilities.
- Excellent business judgment.
