QHSE Manager will be the main point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information regarding Quality, Health, safety and Environment within the Project. The role requires highly strategic and hands-on approach by providing guidance and technical support to operations for all QHSE requirements and management support. Engage in QHSE culture development by involving all stakeholders in the improvement or required change in quality, health, safety and environment systems.**:**
In accordance with local and international legislation the QHSE Manager shall be responsible for the implementation, coordination and documentation of QHSE programs in coordination with Corporate SNC-Lavalin Policies, procedures and systems in addition to Client QHSE management requirements.**:**
**Job Description**:

- **Deliver and report QHSE expectations as directed and required by the Operations Management.**:

Lead QHSE performance by providing knowledge and advice to Operations. Encourage compliance with corporate and project specific HSE Management System, standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.**:

Responsible for all aspects of the Operations Quality Management System including deployment and maturity of quality practices along value stream, measuring process performance and driving continuous improvement to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.**:

Managing the project’s QHSE department administratively.**:

Accountable for conducting audits, data reviews/analysis and documentation.**:

Prepare QC assays, establish QHSE project specifications, flow and sampling plans, assist in the validation and approval of technical library, support key managers in writing Standard Operating Procedures.**:

Ensure that quality is being maintained in all project aspects such as supplier qualification and monitoring, cost efficiency, cycle-time, throughput, KPIs and schedule adherence.**:

- **
Establish and implement a complete quality control program with proper metrics though record keeping and statistical tools that identifies potential and actual problems and oversee team involvement with corrective actions.**:

- **
Review systematic reporting for all subcontractor’s compliance and other audit reports**:

- **
Track and report subcontractor’s evaluations**:

- **
Prevent, investigate, and resolve complex HSE issues and concerns;**:

- **
Conduct incident investigation / root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective actions;**:

Analysis and raising non-compliances Reporting (NCR).**:
**Qualifications**:

- **
Facility Management experience in a similar role (min. of 15 to 20 Years) 10 years’ experience in GCC region.**:

- **
University graduate - Bachelors or Master level**:

- **
Advanced Quality, Health & Safety certification (equivalent to IOSH, chartered body for H&S professionals, Quality management auditor...)**:

- **
Capacity to deal with complex projects**:

- **
Expertise in change management**:

- **
Ability to lead a QHSE team with different disciplines**:

- **
Computer literate**:

Excellent Communication skills**:

Fluent in English and any other languages supporting the role**:
