Job description

The Marketing Specialist will work on all marketing processes and will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. And being well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. Their goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help the company’s reputation and growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
- Cooperate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Cooperate with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels and platforms.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product and services messages to the targeted audience.
- Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
- Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.

Skills and Requirements:

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic and English
- Outstanding multi-tasking.
- Familiarity with web publications
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

Pay: From ﷼5,500.00 per month
