**Job Title: Business Development Executive / Marketing Manager**

**Location: Riyadh (Willingness to relocate within the GCC region required)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our business development and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and a passion for both client acquisition and brand development. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and executing innovative marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive consistent growth.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Present and promote the company’s services confidently to prospective clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular performance updates.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to enhance visibility and generate leads.

**Marketing**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target segments and uncover new opportunities.
- Create compelling marketing materials and sales presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor insights to refine strategies.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Foster relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support marketing efforts.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with experience in lead generation and strategy development.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing tools.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Strong research skills with a strategic approach to planning.
- Willingness to travel for business engagements.
- Open to relocation within the GCC, specifically to **Riyadh**.
