Scrutinizing the process of Hiring from recognizing the need to hire to arranging for interviews and either hiring for trial periods and/or preparing contracts for eventual recruitment.
- Subscribing with relevant media to manage recruitment and advertising school in the market
- Designing and implementing the induction and orientation program of new staff.
- Collaborating with the academic coordinators to manage budgets for the professional development under the direction of the Director.
- Collaborating with the academic coordinators to prepare the appropriate

performance appraisals for staff according to their designations in

accordance with the 360 Degree Appraisal Program.
- Providing the staff with the right Performance Appraisal Documentation to

implement the evaluation the Evaluation Program.
- Collating the Leadership and Subordinate Evaluations for the Director’s final

Assessment to be able to mark employees for bonuses, increments,

retention or termination.
- Budgeting Employee payroll and other related staff finances and statistics.
- Preparing and submitting HR updates such as leave, End of service, tuition

discounts and other payroll changes in a timely manner.
- Guiding the Director with HR related matters with regards to budgets,

analysis of market indicators pertaining to hiring and retention and creating

policies and procedures.
- Preparing Letter of Commitments for the current staff and thus the yearly

contracts for the next school year.
- Working closely with the HR and Government Relations Specialist (GRS) for

all matters pertaining to the employees Saudi, employees on Ajeer and

school dependent employees.
- Following up with the GRS in handling government related matters such as

iqama renewals of dependent staff, exit/re-entries, liaison in issuing of new

visas and updating on Saudi labor laws and procedure

**Salary**: From ﷼9,000.00 per month
