- Ensures day-to-day operations of the merchandising team.
- Keeps on track of the time attendance and route adherence for the merchandisers.
- Communicates price changes with both external and internal clients (internal departments).
- Ensures KA accounts customers receive deliveries as per the plan.
- Works closely with KA development team to execute the planogram and promotions plans.
- Prepares routine reports and meetings with the team and management.
- Manages the team’s KPIs as well as the department.
- Maintains records of all market visits with merchandising team to track their development.
- Trains, develops, and coaches merchandisers
