JASARA PMC is in search of a dedicated Senior Contracts Manager to be a part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, the Senior Contracts Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts for our major projects, ensuring that all terms, conditions, and obligations are met. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts, while working closely with project managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to mitigate risks and enforce compliance.

Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and in resolving any contractual disputes efficiently. You will leverage your analytical skills to review contracts thoroughly and to devise strategies that protect the interests of JASARA while ensuring project success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and administration of all project contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across various stakeholders.
- Review and interpret contractual documents to identify potential risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and legal teams.
- Address and resolve any contractual disputes in a timely manner.
- Monitor contractual changes and ensure proper documentation.
- Implement effective contract management processes and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- In-depth understanding of contract law, terms, and practical implementation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a keen ability to identify risks.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Professional certifications in contracts management (e.g., CCM, CPCM) are desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in the Middle East construction sector is preferred.
- Understanding of Vision 2030 goals and initiatives is a valuable asset.
